Welcome Back! Picking Up Where I Left Off
Well, hello again and welcome back! It’s been a while since I’ve blogged, but I’m picking back up now with an old and fresh site all in one! This site will be a continuation of my Blogger site but I’m moving back over to WordPress. It gets a little confusing so allow me to give you the condensed version.
My “The Ways of Her Home” blog was on WordPress and in more recent years began to have some glitches and lots of disappearing photos. I then started a very basic blog on Blogger called “Her Lovely Common Life” to test that blogging platform and see if I liked it better than WordPress. In some ways I did but it felt limited. Since I’d been blogging at WordPress for 11 years, I decided I preferred the familiarity of WordPress, but I liked the new message and direction of “Her Lovely Common Life” on Blogger.
The solution? Close “The Ways of Her Home” on WordPress and move “Her Lovely Common Life” from Blogger to WordPress.
So here we are! If you were a subscriber before, your email has been transferred. I would love to have you continue to visit me here, however, if you no longer wish to subscribe then please feel free to unsubscribe. I completely understand that our life seasons and interests change and therefore the content we gravitate toward changes as well.
I’m super excited to get back to blogging, especially here in the middle of autumn! It’s my favorite time of year to blog. I have some ideas for posts but also have given my content much thought over my long break. I want it to be meaningful and encouraging to those of you who stop by and read, and I welcome any feedback you have to offer.
So, welcome back, friends, and I look forward to many visits with you here at my little blog home. Consider your seat saved at my table. The tea is brewed and the scones are warm!
